Your exercise program is built using the insights gathered from your consultation and assessments. A new plan is created every 4 to 8 weeks to keep you progressing.
This is the fun part where we put the plan into action — with guided exercises, real-time corrections, and built-in accountability to keep you on track.
A casual chat about you and the lifestyle changes you're aiming for — it’s also a great chance to ask any questions you have.
A video call where we’ll review your assessment results, discuss any concerns, set clear goals, and provide tailored guidance to support your progress.
In this session, we’ll identify key behaviours to focus on, explore practical strategies, and address any potential roadblocks that might get in the way.
These are check-in sessions where we review your progress, reflect on what worked and what didn’t, learn from each step, and decide on the next behaviour to focus on.
In this complimentary consultation,
